Shipping policy

Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom.

Many of our products are printed or embroidered to order especially for you. Please allow approximately 3–5 working days for your order to be prepared and processed before dispatch.

Once dispatched, UK delivery typically takes a further 2–5 working days. We recommend allowing approximately 5–12 working days overall for your order to arrive, particularly during busy periods.

Processing and delivery times are estimates and exclude weekends and bank holidays.

Shipping Costs

We're pleased to offer free UK delivery on all orders.

There are no additional standard delivery charges at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email. Tracking details will be provided where available, allowing you to follow your order's journey.

International Orders

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

We're hoping to offer international delivery in the future.
