Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer our products and Services to you.

Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings and the printing or embroidery process.
Where lifestyle images are used for illustrative purposes, the product-only images should be referred to for the most accurate representation of the product, including design placement where applicable.
Many Tiny Caravan Living products are printed or embroidered to order. Relevant production and product information is provided on individual product pages.
All products supplied by Tiny Caravan Living are subject to your statutory consumer rights, including rights relating to goods being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.
3. ORDERS
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, there has been an obvious pricing or product-information error, payment cannot be authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity.
If we are unable to accept your order, we will notify you and, where payment has already been taken, arrange an appropriate refund.
Please check your order carefully before submitting it, particularly product, colour and size selections.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices displayed on our website are shown in pounds sterling (£) unless otherwise stated.
The price payable will be the price displayed at the time you place your order, subject to correction of obvious errors.
Any applicable delivery charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.
We reserve the right to change product prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that we have already accepted.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Many of our products are produced to order, so please allow for production time as well as delivery time.
Delivery estimates displayed on our website or at checkout are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.
We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe. Occasionally, delays may occur because of circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Risk in the goods remains with Tiny Caravan Living until the goods come into your physical possession, or into the possession of a person you have identified to receive them, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Tiny Caravan Living names, logos and original brand designs must not be used without permission.

Tiny Caravan Living is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
However, purchases made through our store are made directly with Tiny Caravan Living. Shopify is our ecommerce platform provider and is not the seller of the Tiny Caravan Living products you purchase.

Personal information collected through our Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Because our store is hosted by Shopify, Shopify also processes certain personal information in connection with your access to and use of the Services.

If you are purchasing as a consumer, we are not responsible for business losses such as loss of profits, revenue or business opportunity arising from your use of products purchased primarily for personal use.
